They will help you build a cabinet with a tv lift installed, effectively allowing you to raise and lower the shelf that the liquor is on. Finished project dimensions are: 48″ Wide, 36″ Tall (when closed), 56 1/2″ Tall (when open) and 20″ Deep.

The plans provide a material list and cutlist.
